The RoleWe are seeking an experiencedClub Managerto join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team.
You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background.Your key responsibilities include:Achieving sales targetsManage and motivate a sales teamWork within the annual business plan and achieve budgetsImplement an annual sales and marketing plannerCreate business opportunities with the local corporate marketProvide an exceptional product to deliver to our membersYou must:Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the clubHaveextensiveclub management experience (essential)Have experience managing staff and budgetsHave a passion for health and fitnessSALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIALWe will provide innovative recruitment strategies to remove any barriers that may prevent potential suitable applicants.
