You will assist in the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio while developing your skills and knowledge within a high-performing commercial real estate environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential or commercial property management, or office management experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and transition into commercial property management.Key responsibilitiesAssist in the day-to-day management of a commercial, retail and industrial property portfolioCoordinate lease renewals, option exercises and rent reviewsPrepare tenancy correspondence and lease-related documentationMaintain accurate tenancy schedules and property recordsAssist with landlord reporting and portfolio administrationRespond to tenant and landlord enquiries in a professional and timely mannerBuild and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractorsAssist in resolving tenancy and property-related mattersCoordinate repairs and maintenance works and obtain quotationsAssist with property compliance requirements,
