We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Cove Tavern.
This is a hands-on role supporting the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, gaming, compliance, and customer service.Your responsibilitiesRunning the day-to-day shift operations of the venue with a focus on bar, dining, and gamingLeading, inspiring, and developing the team to deliver great customer experiencesHandling guest feedback quickly and professionallyContributing to budget achievement through revenue generation and cost managementEnsuring compliance with all OLGR liquor and gaming regulations and venue policiesTo be successful in this role, you'll have:Current RMLV, RSA, RSG and Approved Managers Licence5+ years' experience in a similar role,



including gamingStrong customer service experience and a love of hospitalityAvailability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periodsTHE COVE TAVERNThe Cove Tavern is a vibrant, much-loved venue in the heart of Sanctuary Cove Village, offering great food, refreshing drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere.
