We are recruiting for a Team Lead to support the Family Relationship Centre and Family Relationship Support for Carers programs.
This is an integrated team of Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners, Child Inclusive Practitioners, Intake Workers and Family Carer Support Coordinators, supporting families through relationship change.This is a full time, permanent position, with one required late night finish (till 8pm) per week.You will:Lead, mentor and support a team of practitioners with practice and operational supervisionDevelop, implement and coordinate effective systems for end-to-end service deliveryEnsure delivery of high quality, customer-focused, trauma-informed, and child-centred practice that aligns with service standardsManage day-to-day operations including case allocations, data management, risk reporting,



and team performanceCoordinate group programs and workshops within the serviceWhat you'll bringTertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalentDemonstrated understanding of family law, mandatory reporting, privacy laws and ethical standardsStrong leadership experience in a relevant child and family support program spaceExperience as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner is highly regarded, OR willingness to pursue FDRP registrationTradewind Australia is committed to the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children and vulnerable people.
