We're looking for someone to join our team in Ipswich on acasual bases delivering truly patient-centred careacross morning, afternoon, and evening shifts as required.

Your day-to-day will involve:
Delivering high quality, compassionate nursing care to ourresidentsImplementing care plans, monitoring health status,administering medicationsCommunicating effectively with patients, families, andinterdisciplinary team membersMaintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliancewith safety, quality, infection control standardsAdapting to different shift periods as required (morning /afternoon / evening), ensuring continuity of care acrosshandovers

Monday to SundayShifts hours: ************; *************; ************.
About you:
You're a warm, compassionateregistered nurse who has a passion for providing quality clinicalcare to the elderly.
You approach every interaction withconfidence, care and professionalism whether working with yourresidents,



collaborating with families or colleagues.
In addition;
Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with AhpraCurrent NDIS Worker ScreeningDemonstrated clinical skills and recent experience workingwithin Aged Care
