Working as part of our experienced workshop team, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standard and returned to customers in exceptional condition.We offer 4-day rosters, with 38 hours worked across four days, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Day and evening shifts are available, giving you flexibility to choose a roster that best suits your lifestyle.Key responsibilitiesCarry out vehicle servicing, maintenance,



diagnostics and mechanical repairs across BMW vehiclesDiagnose mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment and manufacturer guidelinesComplete scheduled servicing and inspections to a high standardIdentify and communicate any additional repairs or maintenance requirementsEnsure all work is completed efficiently and in line with BMW manufacturer standards and workshop expectationsMaintain accurate job documentation and communicate effectively with the workshop and service teamsWork efficiently to meet repair timelines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality workmanshipFollow all workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work areaCollaborate with technicians, service advisors and other workshop team members to support a seamless customer experienceAbout youYou'll bring:Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or in a similar automotive trade roleRelevant automotive qualifications and/or trade certificationStrong diagnostic and mechanical skills, with a commitment to quality workmanshipExperience servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicles to a high standardStrong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues effectivelyAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environmentStrong problem-solving skills and a professional approachA passion for the automotive industry and delivering premium resultsA current driver's licence and the ability to work within a rapid-paced workshop environmentSince ****, Jowett Motor Group has grown into a leading automotive group representing BMW, MINI, Motorrad, Honda, Audi, Geely, Chery and JMG Used Cars.
