We have grown strongly over the last three years and we are building the operations team to match where the business is heading.We are looking for a hands-on Dispatch Coordinator to own the flow of product out of our factory and onto site.
This is the person who makes sure the right jobs are staged, loaded and delivered on time, every day.
It is a senior coordination role with real ownership, not a job that waits to be told what to do.What you will ownCoordinating daily deliveries, booking our truck and external transport, and getting loads to site on time and in fullRunning the yard across day and afternoon shifts, keeping staging, loading and material flow tightOverseeing our stores and inventory hardware function, including hardware packs,
stock accuracy in Katana and purchasing through ApprovalMaxCoordinating our service and delivery driver for urgent site deliveries and productive stock make-upKeeping everything visible and accurate in Asana, working hand in glove with our Sales and Service Coordinator and Production ManagerWhat we are looking forExperience coordinating dispatch, logistics or yard operations, ideally in manufacturing, building products or transportStrong organisation and a calm head when jobs move or cancel at short noticeConfidence with systems (we use Katana, ApprovalMax and Asana) and disciplined, accurate use of themSomeone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and holds a standard without needing to be chasedA current LF forklift licenceHR truck licence and current first aid certificate are well regarded but not essential.What is on offerA genuine opportunity to build and shape a role as the business growsA stable, well-run business with a robust reputation among SEQ buildersA modern Larapinta facility with advanced manufacturing capability
