Speech Pathologist | Paediatric Caseload | Community + TelehealthOur client is an established, clinician-run and clinician-led allied health provider with more than 15 years of experience supporting children, families and communities across Australia.This Newcastle opportunity offers genuine flexibility across community-based Speech Pathology, telehealth and remote administration.
You can structure your week around client-facing work, with administration completed remotely at times that suit you, while still having access to a strong multidisciplinary team, regular supervision and structured professional development.

with face-to-face client time grouped together and administration completed on-site or remotelyMinimum 4 days per weekWhy this RoleYou will have access to:Weekly discipline-specific meetings and case analysisWeekly company-wide meetingsA structured 90-day onboarding program with a reduced caseloadInitial caseload of approximately 3-4 clients per dayHeads of Department helps planning sessions during the first 90 daysDiscipline-specific PD every Monday, including external speakers and case presentationsExternal PD opportunitiesLearning plans developed at the beginning of each termCareer progression conversations multiple times throughout the yearGradual introduction to assessments, with support around scoring, analysis and assessment templatesAn additional $200 payment for each assessment completedThe team places a strong emphasis on clinicians being approachable and comfortable asking for support.
