We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Hobart team, delivering mobile allied health services across the community.What You'll Be DoingYou'll work primarily with older Australians in their homes, with a strong focus on:Home and environmental assessmentsHome modifications and bathroom modificationsEquipment prescription and assistive technologyIn-home rehabilitation and reablementFalls prevention and risk reductionFunctional and cognitive assessmentsPressure care and manual handling adviceSupporting clients to maintain independence and achieve their goals at homeWhat You'll BringBachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)Current unrestricted AHPRA registrationExperience in community health, aged care, rehabilitation and/or home modificationsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary teamCurrent driver's licence and willingness to travel across the Hobart regionWhy Join Amplar Health?
