As we prepare to open our newest centre, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) / Responsible Person to join our team and play an important role in establishing the culture and educational environment of the new service.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ECT who is looking for more than just another teaching position.
You will have the opportunity to join a new team from the beginning, contribute to the development of the centre and work closely with our management team.For the right person, there is genuine opportunity to grow into a 2IC leadership position as the centre establishes and grows.About the RoleDevelop and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLFCreate nurturing and stimulating learning environments for childrenBuild strong relationships with children and familiesWork collaboratively with and support fellow educatorsAct as a Responsible Person when requiredSupport the day-to-day operation of the centreMaintain a strong understanding of the NQF, NQS and regulatory requirementsContribute to continuous improvement and the development of our current centreHave the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibilities as the centre growsAbout YouHolds an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualificationHas previous experience within an early childhood education settingHas strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and NQSIs confident taking on Responsible Person responsibilitiesIs reliable, organised and a strong communicatorEnjoys supporting and mentoring other educatorsHas leadership aspirations and is interested in progressing their careerHolds a current NSW Working With Children Check and relevant First Aid qualificationsWhy Join Just For Kids?
