Production CoordinatorDesire MediaGold CoastAt Desire Media, we work with some of Australia's leading brands delivering photography, videography, content, and creative productions that actually make an impact.We're a fast-paced, cooperative team that values quality work, strong client relationships, and people who take ownership of their projects from start to finish.About the RoleWe're looking for a Production Coordinator who loves working with clients, keeping productions on track, and being at the centre of a busy creative team.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships but also thrives on organisation, structure, and making sure things actually get done.You'll be the go-to person for your clients, while working closely with our internal production team to ensure every project runs smoothly from brief through to final delivery.No two days will look the same, you'll be managing timelines, coordinating shoots, communicating with clients, and making sure every production stays on track and meets expectations.What You'll Be DoingManaging client relationships and being their main point of contactLeading onboarding, briefs, and project kick-offsDeveloping pre-production plans including timelines, shot lists, and logisticsCreating and coordinating storyboards and creative briefs with the production teamScheduling shoots and allocating crew and resourcesCoordinating projects from pre-production through to post-production and final deliveryManaging timelines, deadlines,



and deliverables across multiple productionsOverseeing post-production workflows including editing schedules, revision rounds, and delivery milestonesLiaising between clients, editors, motion designers, and the wider creative teamCommunicating project updates clearly and proactively to clientsIdentifying issues early and solving problems before they escapeEnsuring all deliverables meet client expectations, brand guidelines, and quality standardsSupporting quoting, booking confirmations, and general project adminWhat We're Looking ForExperience in account management, production coordination, or an agency environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident communication skills with both clients and internal teamsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetSomeone who takes ownership and follows things throughAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentBonus PointsExperience in a creative, media, or production environmentFamiliarity with pre-production and post-production workflowsExperience working with property, real estate, or hospitality clientsFamiliarity with tools like Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar project management platformsConfidence supporting timelines, budgets, or quotingWhy Join Us?
