ROTI CHAI is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in St Lucia, QLD.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's daily operations, ensuring outstanding service standards, and creating a welcoming setting where both staff and customers thrive.
This role is pivotal to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the hospitality industry and directly contributes to the success and profitability of our establishment.Key responsibilitiesOversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory managementManage and supervise restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, performance management and schedule coordinationEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and maintain exceptional dining standards at all timesMonitor food and beverage quality, presentation and portion control to uphold brand standardsHandle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfactionManage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, pricing strategies and revenue optimisationMaintain compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards and licensing requirementsCoordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service deliveryImplement and promote restaurant policies, procedures and company values across all operationsTrack performance metrics, analyse data and report on key operational indicators to senior managementWhat we're looking forProven experience in restaurant management or hospitality operations, ideally within a full-service dining establishmentStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels of staff and clienteleSound knowledge of food service operations,
