Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams along with our 3rd Party Logistics providers, you will make it your priority to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock to customers.Reporting into theSupply ChainOperations ManagerAUNZ,your main responsibilities will include:Processing customer sales orders and working with 3rd party logistics providers owning on time and in full deliveryProactive customer communication,



ensuring all updates are provided and queries resolved in a timely mannerOwning distribution and logistics partners interactions throughout the order to cash cycleDrive investigations to problem solve logistics errors and returns for customersRelationship development and management internally and externally with customers and stakeholdersSupporting broader Supply Chain team as neededSupporting continuous improvement initiativesWhat are we looking for?
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience within FMCG, operations or liquor industryPrior working experience in SAP, Oracle or other ERPCustomer focused, customer obsessed mindset with a solid understanding of warehousing & transportExcellent problem-solving, analytical thinker, can work independently or within a teamStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsIntermediate Excel skills, Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systemsExcellent attention to detail, organization and time management that ensures each customer order is managed end to end efficiently and accurately within desired timeframesSome of the great things about working at Sazerac:Work with a genuinely awesome bunch of like-minded people who make work fun, rewarding and a great place to beCentral office location 1 minute walk from North Sydney train station - with an amazing inhouse bar!
