As a Coating Production Operator in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for the secure, efficient and compliant operation of manufacturing equipment.
This is a critical role in supporting the production of high-quality pharmaceuticals products ensuring tablets are coated and finished to a high standard.
Essential to success in this role is adherence with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Key responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with SOPs, and GMP requirementsAccurately complete batch documentation to ensure compliance with all relevant regulationsSet up, dismantle, clean, and reassemble machinery and equipment as required for production and changeoversConduct in-process quality checks and report any deviations, defects, or non-conformances promptlyMaintain strict compliance with GMP, safety, hygiene,



and cleanroom requirements at all timesWork effectively within a team environment and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleaguesUndertake any other duties as required to support the team and business operations
About you
Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, FMCG or regulated production environments (essential)Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality (essential)Experience in Production Coating within the pharmaceutical industry (highly desirable)Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and GMP requirementsBasic computer skills, including the ability to complete electronic batch recordsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamGood communication, numeracy, and literacy skillsPhysical capability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks
Remuneration
Remuneration is equivalent to $66,000 to $90,000pa, depending on previous, relevant experience and allocated shift pattern.
