This role involves delivering high-quality internal and external plastering finishes acrossresidential, commercial, and multi-storey construction projectsKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare substrates including blockwork, concrete, blueboard, foam, and masonry surfacesApply solid plaster/render systems including base coats, reinforcing, and finish coatsInstall beads, trims, expansion joints, and movement joints accuratelyApply various finishes such as smooth set, textured finishes, fine coat, acrylic, cement render, and specialty finishes where requiredRead and interpret plans, specifications, and scope of worksEnsure work complies with Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standardsMaintain clean, safe, and organised work areas at all timesUse tools, machinery, and equipment safely and correctlyIdentify and report substrate issues, defects, or variations prior to applicationWork collaboratively with supervisors, site managers,



and other tradesMeet productivity targets while maintaining a high standard of finishAdhere to all WHS (Work Health & Safety) requirements and site-specific safety plansSkills & ExperienceMinimum 2–3 years' experience as a Solid Plasterer (or relevant trade experience)Robust understanding of solid plastering systems and materialsAbility to deliver high-quality finishes with attention to detailExperience on residential and commercial construction sitesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong time management and reliabilityWhite Card (Construction Induction) – essentialTrade qualification in Solid Plastering (preferred but not essential depending on experience)Physical RequirementsThis role is physically demanding and requires the ability to:Perform manual handling and repetitive tasksWork at heights and on scaffolding where requiredWork outdoors in varying weather conditions
