Known for its excellent city views, relaxed atmosphere and quality food offering, Legends continues to evolve as a leading hospitality destination in Melbourne's north-west.We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to support a high-quality, consistent and commercially successful culinary operation.
Working closely with the SousChef and Head Chef, the Chef de Partiewill contribute to exceptional food experiences and maintaining operational standards.This is an ideal opportunity for a hands‐on culinary professional who thrives in a fast‐paced venue environment and is ready for their next opportunity in a busy kitchen operation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport a culinary offering that consistently exceeds guest expectationsEnsure quality, consistency and presentation standards are maintainedAssist with seasonal menu development aligned to the Legends dining experienceAssist with the management of stock control,
