Whilst we are a not-for-profit organisation with a strong dedication to helping people find work, we operate in a highly competitive market and as such, aiming to exceed required targets is vital for all our employees.Based in our Hunter region, the Regional Business Coordinator will be responsible for providing regional planning and organising along with exceptional customer service, to all sites as required.
Some duties will include, but are not limited to:Provide administrative support to all sites and support services within the region, on an ad hoc basisMaintain regional site administration, including diary and appointment management, incident management system, pool vehicle maintenance and other administrative dutiesProvide a high-quality customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism and communicationTravel throughout the region will be required.About youYou are a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful resultsExceptional customer service and time management skillsAbility to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situationsStrong administrative skills and attention to detailComputer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essentialWhat we offerAttractive remuneration & NFP salary packaging benefits ($15,900 tax-free + meal & entertainment benefits)!
