We have a lovely team in our Bondi Junction head office that assists with the day to day running of our salons.
The duties include managing bookings for the stores, supporting staff in stores, overlooking timesheets, customer enquires, sending out stock to the stores and general admin duties.We're now looking for an organised, confident and beauty-savvy individual to join our Head Office in Bondi Junction on a casual basis with a set roster Thursday evening,



Saturday and Sundays with following times:Thursday 3.30pm - 8.30pm - $***** per hourSaturday 8.00am - 5.00pm - $***** per hourSunday 9.45am - 4.30pm - $***** per hourThis role is ideal for a student or someone with experience or high interest within the beauty industry who wants to step into an office based role supporting the stores and customers.What We Are Looking ForYou'll thrive in this role if you have:Outstanding phone manner and communication skillsAbility to prioritise tasks efficiently and stay on top of busy workloadHigh computer literacyBeauty industry experience - this is essentialBonus points for knowledge of lash and brow servicesThe ability to work well under pressure and think on the spotExperience with Fresha, Tanda and Monday (highly regarded)What You'll Be DoingHandling a high volume of phone bookingsSchedule Lash and Brow appointments using FreshaAssisting the store teams with requestsResponding to customer enquiries via phone, email and social mediaChecking rosters and bookingsGeneral administrative duties to support our Head Office operations
