In this role, you'll help ensure seamless day-to-day operations and the exceptional service our customers expect.What You'll Be DoingProcessing customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficientlyManaging customer enquiries and providing timely updates on order statusCoordinating with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams to support seamless order fulfilmentMaintaining customer records, sales documentation and system data within ERP systemsSupporting day-to-day sales operations and administrative activities to ensure high service levels are maintainedBuilding strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while helping maintain operational continuity throughout the SAP migration projectWhat You'll Bring2-3 years' experience in sales support,
