Location: Truganina, VIC Shift Length: 12-hour shifts Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday – Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Operator to join our team at our Truganina site.
The role focuses solely on operating a counterbalance forklift within a production and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
Supplying the production line with empty pallets
Transporting pallets between warehouse locations
Placing pallets into designated storage locations
Adhering to all site safety and traffic management procedures
Requirements
Valid LF forklift licence
Demonstrated experience operating a counterbalance forklift
Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
Strong safety awareness and reliability
