Female Disability Support Worker | Richmond VIC1:1 Support | High Physical Support Needs | Ongoing Morning ShiftsNextt is seeking an experienced Female Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing 1:1 support to a client in Richmond, VIC.Due to the personal care requirements of the role and the client's preference, this position is open to FEMALE applicants only.About the RoleYou will provide respectful, person-centred support as part of the client's established daily routine.The client has high physical support needs and is cognitively independent, with a solid understanding of their preferences, routines and support requirements.
