The Role - Building Approval Admin OfficerWe are seeking a detail-oriented Building Approval Admin Officer to manage residential building approvals across QLD and NSW.
This role is responsible for coordinating applications, liaising with key stakeholders, and ensuring approvals are obtained efficiently and in compliance with all requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage building approval applications from lodgement through to approvalWork with certifiers, councils and internal teams to keep approvals progressing smoothlyCoordinate energy assessments and respond to approval-related requests and queriesReview plans and documentation to ensure compliance with approval requirementsMaintain accurate project records, approval tracking and documentation updatesSupport the team by providing technical guidance and contributing to a positive team environmentSkills & ExperienceExperience within the residential construction industry,
