A community-focussed, high volume café operating seven days at Terrigal Pavilion.The right candidate is guest-focussed, highly-skilled & organised with a passion for café service.
A huge emphasis on quality, speed & consistency is required.
The successful candidate will sit within the Precinct Management structure and be exposed to high level financials, leadership development & wider Precinct Operations.A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is essential.Weekend work is non-negotiable as the leader of this busy venue.A key appointment for Terrigal Pavilion - the Café Manager/Head Barista will inherit a robust baseline to build on for a huge summer ahead.
