We are currently seeking trade‐qualified professionals who care about quality work and contributing to well‐maintained, safe and vibrant public spaces.About the roleThis is a great opportunity for a qualified Greenkeeper or Horticulturalist to join our Turf Services team.
Working from either Banksmeadow or Botany depot, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering both planned and reactive turf and horticultural maintenance across Bayside's parks and open spaces.You will contribute to the upkeep of sports fields, open space assets, turf surfaces, and horticultural areas, while also providing guidance and support to operational staff on site.You can also expect to:Plan and deliver work through the digital work order system.Monitor work quality and report maintenance issues.Lead and support crews to deliver work safely and efficiently.Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement.Implement WHS, traffic management and site safety requirements.Ensure compliance with legislation,



policies and environmental standards.Work collaboratively to achieve team and Council priorities.Communicate professionally with residents and stakeholders.We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications and expertise:Experience in a relevant field.A SafeWork NSW white card (general construction induction card).
