The position available is for a Project Coordinator who takes pride in what they do.

It is a chance to be part of an exciting, rapidly growing organisation with a big vision for the future.Key responsibilities for the position include:Liaising with internal & external stakeholders including Sales, Manufacturing & Construction teams, Sub-contractors, and Customers throughout the construction processMaintain customer relationships throughout the construction process, from post-contract signing, sending welcome letters through to final inspection and sending customer survey.
Including but not limited to customer updates and general enquiriesPreparation of projects in relevant applications, i.e HubSpot, Xero, etc.Timely preparation and lodgement of building permit applications for company pool installationsPreparation and lodgement of works notices, permission applications, etc with relevant partiesResponding to Building Surveyor requests for informationSending stage invoices at the correct project timelineCreating POs,



matching project POs with bills in Company systems and managing costings of projects to ensure within budgetPrepare and submit project variations for approvalBooking handovers for projects once construction completed and successfully closing off building insuranceTaking service calls and directing customers appropriatelyRequirements for the position include:Previous construction experience in a similar position is preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.Experience in project management systems such as simPRO or ArofloHigh level accuracy and attention to detailEnthusiastic and skilled dispositionStrong communications skillsAbility to meet deadlines and manage prioritiesAbility to work with a high degree of confidentiality and sensitive informationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDon't meet every single requirement?
