Reporting to the Head Chef, this role suits a passionate chef who takes pride in quality and presentation.DutiesPrepare and present breakfast dishes to exceptional quality standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen at all timesImplement stock control, rotation, and minimal wastage practicesCollaborate with the kitchen and F&B; team during serviceUphold all food safety,
hygiene, and Health & Safety standardsSkills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience in a chef or breakfast-focused kitchen roleCertificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (highly regarded)Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidaysPassion for quality plating, presentation, and culinary excellenceStrong teamwork and ability to perform efficiently under pressureCulturePeople enjoy working in our kitchen team because the energy is real — every shift contributes to experiences families talk about for years.
