You'll be the face of the business in Queensland, ensuring customers receive exceptional service leaving them with the best impression of the business.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform calibrations, verifications, testing, preventative maintenance and repairs as requested by the customer and instructed by the Field Team Leader for our customers.Ensure all calibrations are performed as per documented MTC calibration procedures.Ensure all jobs are completed in a timely fashion with best possible TATEnsure that reports are accurate and error free before they are submitted to Service Coordinators, Team Leaders or clientsCoordinate Maintenance and Calibration of Internal equipmentParticipate to ensure that the nominated monthly invoiced work target is achieved.Be involved and responsible for resolving first-line customer queries and complaints as required.Participate and encourage teamwork within the service area and company as a whole.Delivering service to company KPI's and QAMaintenance and calibration of internal equipmentEnsure any Laptops and Phones provided are treated with care and maintained in good order.




Any problems, loss or damage are to be brought to the attention of your Field Manager or State ManagerEnsure any personal accident occurring on site or in Trescal Labs is reported to your Team Leader or Branch Manager and OHS Officer immediately.Ensure risk assessments, JSA, SWMS are completed as appropriate timesParticipation in field management meetings and laboratory toolbox meetingsAssist with pricing and quoting as directed by the Team LeaderLooking after company asset at all times- help preserve service lifeAny other reasonable tasks as instructed by the Field Team Leader or Branch ManagerRequired Personal QualitiesFormal Electrical and or Electronics qualifications- diploma or equivalentIdeally knowledge of calibration industries-familiar with NATA and Traceable calibrationBasic computer applications e.g.Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.Strong organisational skills and ability to stick to agreed deadlinesFlexibility and a team-based approach to tackle workload day-to-dayA passion for continuous improvementAbility to work autonomouslyAn open mind and "can do "and solution focused attitudeProfessional presentation and approach to the job, colleagues and clients.Professional level of written and verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Dedication to building long lasting relationships with customers and stakeholdersDedication to exceeding sales targets in the budgetAble to work autonomously daily and manage time effectively.Excellent communication between all stakeholdersMechanical and computer aptitudePunctualWorking ConditionsNormal working conditions, OT as required by the businessFrequent stays in hotels for job durationWorking across Queensland and occasionally interstate on customer sites.We encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians with relevant skills and experience to apply.The successful candidate must have working rights within Australia.Please be advised that only shortlisted application will be contacted.
