You will negotiate, monitor and review the delivery ofemployment support services for clients.




This involves the casemanagement of a caseload of job seekers, reverse marketingcandidates, job search training and supporting employers as theytake on candidates who identify as an Aboriginal or Torres StraitIslander person.To apply for this position, please address the following key selection criteria:Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the localAboriginal community and knowledge of the Aboriginal concept ofsocial and emotional well-being,culture and wisdomSome case management or client liaison experience,including work with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders and the challenges they faceA current valid Driver's Licence will be required for this roleA current Working With Children Check (Employee)A working knowledge and understanding of employment supportservices, specifically for Aboriginal or Torres StraitIslandercohort and the challenges they faceDemonstrated knowledge of current labour market trendsDemonstrated record of success in placement of job seekersinto employment or experience in a similar roleDemonstrated ability to provide comprehensive job seekerassessment, identifying barriers to employment and preparingindividual career or job plansProven ability to motivate clients,
