Certificate of Cooking or experience in commercial cooking setting.Demonstrated experience in commercial cooking setting.Demonstrated proficiency in bulk cooking.Effective communication and organisational skills.Ability to work without active supervision.Knowledge of the Food Act **** and Victoria's legislative and regulatory mechanisms to ensure food safety.Understanding of the principles of food safety and infection control.Have an understanding of the concepts of nutrition, cooking with consideration of special dietary requirements,
