You will coordinate staff rostering, liaise with care coordinators and ensure timely, person-centred services for clients.
The role is full-time, based at the Eltham Aged Care facility, with standard Monday–Friday hours.The successful candidate will have experience with scheduling systems (Procurra, Kronos, Workday) and a solid commitment to compassionate, community-focused care in a not-for-profit setting.
