you will be part of a collaborative payroll team supporting the accurate and timely delivery of end‐to‐end fortnightly payroll for a large national workforce.
You'll manage payroll reconciliations and remediation, maintain employee records and entitlements, interpret Awards and legislation, and respond to payroll queries across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess end‐to‐end payrollManage payroll reconciliations and remediation activitiesMaintain employee records, leave balances and entitlementsInterpret and apply relevant Awards and EBA'sEnsure compliance with payroll legislation and policiesRespond to internal and external payroll queriesWork closely with HR, Finance and operational teamsSupport payroll process and system improvementsSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience processing high-volume end‐to‐end payrollStrong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Awards and complianceStrong payroll systems experience is essentialStrong attention to detail and accountabilityExcellent communication and relationship‐building skillsAbility to manage deadlines in a fast‐paced environmentA genuine passion for payroll and delivering a high level of serviceCollaborative and proactive approach
