documentation and compliance processes.Student AdministrationProcess enrolments and maintain student recordsVerify USI numbers and student identificationMaintain accurate student files and course documentationIssue Statements of AttainmentCompliance ManagementMaintain RTO compliance documentation including policies and proceduresAssist with maintaining Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS)Monitor trainer qualifications and currency recordsMaintain validation and continuous improvement registersRegulatory ReportingAssist with AVETMISS reporting and data quality checksMaintain student management system recordsSupport regulatory reporting requirementsQuality AssuranceConduct internal file auditsReview trainer assessment documentationAssist with preparation for regulatory auditsYour Skills and ExperienceEssential:Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)Strong administrative and document management skillsHigh attention to detailUnderstanding of the Standards for RTOsStrong organisational, presentation and communication skillsDesirable:Experience with student management systemsInternal audit or compliance experienceKnowledge of training packages and units of competencyWhat We OfferFlexible part time hoursSupportive team environmentOpportunity to work in a growing training organisationLong-term role within the VET sector
