With ambitious growth plans and exciting new product categories on the horizon, we're now looking for an experienced Product Coordinator to strengthen and support our product offer.The Product Coordinator will support the Product Development Manager in the coordination and execution of product development activities.
The role is responsible for maintaining accurate product information, assisting with product lifecycle processes, and ensuring that all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
The position plays a key role in facilitating communication across teams, coordinating activity across stakeholders and supporting timely and efficient product delivery.The Product Coordinator coordinates product management activities across the business and ensures efficient communication across sales, marketing, operations, customer service, finance teams and with the KPS supplier base.ResponsibilitiesAssist with coordinating new product development projectsCoordination of sample requests, product testing and approvalsMaintain accurate product information within ERP and other business applicationsCreate and update product specifications, descriptions, pricing and technical documentationAssist in monitoring product performance and customer feedbackCoordinate product updates, packaging changes and product discontinuationsLiaise with suppliers regarding product specifications, artwork,
packaging and deliveryCoordinate communication across product, sales, marketing, customer service, operations and finance teamsMonitor warranty trends, coordinate warranty investigations and supplier product returnsReview and approve technical content used for marketing collateral including brochures, catalogues, promotions and websitesQualifications and requirements (mandatory or desired)Tertiary qualification in Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related discipline (Desired)Experience in administrative, product, marketing, procurement r project coordination roleProven project management capabilityExperience within manufacturing / electrical productsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelKnowledge and SkillsFull bilingual professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken is highly desirable)Solid commercial adn analytical skillsProven project management capabilityStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyCollaborative working style, adept at working within team environments while also capable of working independently to achieve goalsPersonal QualitiesHigh integrity, accountability, and attention to detailCurious and willing to deeply understand products, legislation and industry nuanceResilient and adaptable in a fast paced environmentSense of humour and appreciation for the dynamics of a small teamBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
