Property Network of Australia – Brisbane QLDProperty Network of Australia is seeking a Facilities Coordinator/Junior FM to join a collaborative property investment and management business in Brisbane CBD, focused on delivering high standards and responsive service across its investment portfolio.Our client is a well-established, diversified property and funds management business with a national portfolio of assets and we are seeking an individual with previous or current experience providing operational and administrative support in facilities management, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant, and stakeholders are professionally serviced.This role is responsible for supporting the Facilities and Asset Management teams, coordinating contractors and work orders, managing compliance, and handling facilities related administration.
The Facilities Coordinator will play a key part in property lifecycle processes, risk management, and general administration,



contributing to a positive and effective work environment.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue purchase orders; maintain supplier records in property systemsCoordinate maintenance requests and contractor access, ensuring timely updatesSupport property onboarding, offboarding, and contract administrationAssist with compliance, risk management, and WHS/OH&S; requirementsMaintain accurate records, reports, and filing systemsProvide general administrative support to the Facilities and Asset Management teamsThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in a Facilities Coordinator or similar property roleUnderstanding of property compliance, WHS, and risk managementProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management softwareStrong communication, attention to detail, and time management skillsAbility to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced teamOnly successful candidates will be contacted, thanks for your understanding.
