Based in Mackay and working across Proserpine,Bowenand Cannonvale,you'llbuild employer partnerships, support jobseekers to grow in confidence, and createlife‐changingemployment pathways.The role involves:
Employer Partnerships— Build strong relationships with local businesses and advocate for inclusive hiringReverse Marketing— Identify and convert new job opportunities through proactive engagementJob Readiness Workshops— Deliver engaging sessions on resumes, interviews, and workplace skillsStrengths BasedMatching— Connect jobseekers to roles that align with their abilities and goalsWorkplace Assessments— Ensure environments are secure, accessible,



and culturally inclusiveCommunity Engagement— Represent BUSY Ability at expos, job fairs, and local eventsPerformance Outcomes— Convert leads into sustainable placements that change lives

Experienced insales,recruitment,employment services,employer engagement,ordiversity hiringwith an ability to address objections, employer engagement, employment services, or diversity hiringA confident communicator who builds trustand rapportquicklyPassionate about inclusion, accessibility, andperson‐centredsupportTech‐savvyand comfortable navigating multiple systemsAble to obtain a National Police Check, Blue Card, and holda valid driver's licenceA likefor beingout and abouttalking to employers and people in the community.
