predictability and therapeutic relationships in a secure OOHC environment.Minimum 6 months paid experience working in Out-of-Home CareQualifications (essential)Minimum Diploma of Community Services (or equivalent)Strong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of therapeutic, strengths-based and person-centred careARC therapeutic model training (or willingness to complete)Mandatory requirements (or willingness to obtain)NSW Working With Children CheckNational Police Check (less than 12 months)First Aid and CPRAustralian working rightsShortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview.
