Working as part of a close-knit kitchen team at Potters Receptions, you'll be involved in preparation and service for weddings and events.
This is a genuine part time position offering a minimum of 24 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase your hours up to 38 hours per week during the busy wedding season.
Wedding service can be fast paced, so we're looking for someone who is calm under pressure, organised and takes genuine pride in sending out great food.Key responsibilitiesPreparing and producing food from seasonally changing menusRunning your own section during servicePreparing, cooking and plating food efficiently and consistentlyMaintaining presentation and quality standards during high-volume serviceCompleting food temperature records and required kitchen documentationMaintaining excellent food safety, HACCP, hygiene and workplace safety standardsWorking collaboratively with both the kitchen team and other departmentsAssisting with kitchen set-up, close-down, cleaning and food storageAbout youAt least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar chef rolePrevious experience in high-volume weddings,
