Our client is a well-established global brand, now seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer / Credit Controller to play a key role in managing customer accounts, maintaining cash flow, and supporting the business through effective collections and customer service.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable function, ensuring customer payments are collected in a timely manner and account records remain accurate.Key responsibilities may include (but not limited to) the following:Managing outstanding debtor accounts and following up overdue payments using ProntoContacting customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment commitmentsProcessing and allocating customer payments accuratelyIssuing statements, reminders,



and collection noticesInvestigating and resolving account and invoice queriesPerforming account reconciliations and month-end AR tasksMonitoring aged debtors and assisting in achieving collection targetsMaintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangementsPreparing reports on collections performance and outstanding balancesWorking collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issuesThe PersonThe ideal candidate will join bringing to the table the following skills and prior experience:Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or CollectionsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence managing difficult conversations professionally and respectfullyExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsHigh levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityWhat's on the table...Stable, full time permanent opportunity within a supportive team environmentA collaborative culture that values respect, trust, and open communicationOngoing learning and development opportunitiesMelbourne-based role with long-term career potentialHours of work are 8:30 to 5:0, Monday to Friday.
