Do you consider yourself a highly motivated and enthusiastic Mentor with a Plumbing trade background?
In this role you'll be supported to work alongside a qualified Trade Trainer and assist with the delivery of high-quality training.
This is a role with a direct career path to equip you to become a fully qualified Trainer with the completion of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment while being paid as a full time Mentor.
Key accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Guide students to achieve training milestones and goalsAssist students with practical activitiesMaintain the training area - clean, tidy and safeEnsure all equipment is in good operational conditionAssist Trainer with Student management
Skills you need to be successful:
Trade qualification in the Plumbing industryAbility to engage,



inspire and support students throughout their learningDesire to complete the Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentGood written and verbal communicationBasic level of computer operating skills
