10:00am – 6:00pmWhat You'll BringA strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.The ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team setting.Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.Previous experience in rostering, administration, workforce planning or a contact centre is highly regarded.What You'll NeedPrevious experience in rostering, administration, workforce planning or a contact centre environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A professional and confident phone manner.Full Australian working rights.Australian Citizenship (required due to government client requirements).
