Our client is a respected leader in the precast concrete sector, supplying high-quality concrete products to major infrastructure, civil, commercial, and construction projects.
What you will be doing:
Coordinate daily work activities for yard and production teams to meet production schedules.
Oversee the manufacturing of precast concrete products including mould preparation, reinforcing placement, concrete pouring, vibration, curing, stripping and finishing.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process and raise issues promptly.
Lead by example in maintaining a secure and productive workplace.
Allocate tasks and provide guidance to team members to ensure operational efficiency.
What you will need:
Previous experience in precast concrete, civil construction, or manufacturing.
Proven leadership experience in a hands-on environment.
Strong knowledge of precast processes including mould setup, concrete placement, steel fixing, and product finishing.




Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or willingness to obtain relevant tickets.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
