You'll bring:Minimum 6 months experience or a Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related fieldMedication Administration training, manual handling certificate (or equivalent)Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and professional boundariesExperience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous, not essential)NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, Driver's Licence, and insured vehicle
