You'll create exceptional experiences for visitors and occupants, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable.
You'll also support our clients across a range of services including Front of House, Concierge, Placemaking, Hospitality, Workplace Solutions, Events and Meeting Coordination.The role involves a mix of walking, standing,



sitting and manual handling throughout the day.What we're looking forAt least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality, retail, airline, reception or a similar service environmentSomeone who loves talking to people and making them feel welcomeA genuine customer service and hospitality mindsetConfidence, initiative and a willingness to learnA positive, solutions-focused attitudeWhy First Contact?
