We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to join our small team at Beaumont Tiles Penrith.
As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team by providing exceptional customer service to help our clients create their dream spaces.
This is a full-time position based in our Penrith showroom, Saturday work is a must.What you'll be doingEngage with customers to understand their design requirements and preferencesProvide expert advice on tile, stone and other flooring and wall covering productsAssist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom ware products to suit their style and budgetManage the ordering and delivery process for customer projectsProvide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clientsCollaborate with the wider team to support the growth and success of the businessWhat we're looking forProven experience in a sales or design consultant role within the home improvement or home furnishings industryStrong product knowledge of tiles, natural stone,
