Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of nutritious, well-balanced meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all food service activities are carried out in accordance with the Food Safety Program (FSP), Bolton Clarke Food Standards, and direction from the General ManagerAssist with the ongoing development, maintenance, and adherence to standardised recipesPlan and prepare delicious, well-balanced, and nutritious meals in line with the Bolton Clarke standard menuSupport kitchen operations including food preparation, stock control, ordering, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirementsEnsure all kitchen areas, equipment, and crockery meet strict hygiene and cleanliness standardsManage food and kitchen budgets in consultation with the General ManagerSupport purchasing and ordering processes to ensure efficient stock levelsFoster a positive, cooperative,
