The team comprises highly skilled professionals passionate about delivering full-spectrum business technology solutions with ongoing system management and support.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with atleast 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role.Key Responsibilities:Develop and apply test plans, test cases, and testing procedures to ensure ICT systems and applications meet business and organisational requirementsCoordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across system modules,



working closely with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholdersIdentify, document, and track defects, working with development and support teams to ensure timely resolutionSupport system implementation, configuration, and data import/export activities across test and production environmentsReview, update, and maintain testing documentation, policies, and process guidelinesProvide input into quality release planning and support disaster recovery and system readiness testingLiaise with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and business applications to support system rollouts and upgradesMaintain accurate records of test results and prepare performance/status reports for stakeholdersSkills Required:Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilityExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholdersEffective stakeholder management and team collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with a structured, process-driven approach to testing and documentationPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and your application will be treated as strictly confidential.
