This role is perfect for experienced leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional service across a large-scale operation that includes casual dining, bars, functions and events.

Salary between $90,000–$100,000 + super + generous KPI bonusFull-time, permanent role with maximum 40 hours per week.

What you'll do:
Oversee the day-to-day floor operations across dining, bar, functions and events.
Acting as the senior leader on shift when the Operations Manager is not presentManage service standards and ensure seamless operation across all areas of the venueCollaborate with the Bar Manager, kitchen, and functions teams to deliver cohesive guest experiencesLead and develop a large team, including recruitment, onboarding,
training and performance managementManage staffing rosters and labour requirements to suit trade demandsSet, monitor and drive team KPIs, providing coaching and accountabilityMonitor wages, COGS and other operational metrics to meet financial targetsWork alongside the Operations Manager to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall venue performance
What we're looking for:
Proven experience managing a busy hospitality floor with operational ownershipStrong understanding of rostering, recruitment, training, P&L;, and KPI managementCommercially minded with a focus on service quality and guest experienceHands‐on leadership style, comfortable leading from the floor and motivating a large teamExcellent communication, organisation, and team development skills
