You'll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.What you'll be doingPrepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfactionMaintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirementsManage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targetsSupport menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standardsWhat's in it for youFree day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa)Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurantsBonus scheme and recognition rewardsA supportive, friendly teamCareer development and in-role trainingFull-time contract, shifts fall between 1:30pm and 10:00pmYou will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of150 hours over a 4‐week period.
