Evolution Pools & Spas is looking for a reliable and motivated Pool Service Technician to join our team.In this role, you'll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, repair and installation of swimming pools, spas and associated equipment including pumps, chlorinators, filters and plumbing.The role involves working independently across Bendigo, Central Victoria and the Macedon Ranges, providing our customers with a high standard of service and workmanship.This position is available on a casual or 6-month contract basis, with the chance for ongoing employment for the right person.Previous pool industry experience isn't essential – full training will be provided.What you'll be doingService and maintain swimming pools and spasDiagnose, repair and install pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators and associated plumbingUndertake water testing, treatment and balancing of pools and spasTroubleshoot equipment and water-quality issuesAdvise customers on pool and spa care and maintenanceProvide friendly and professional customer serviceEnsure work is completed to a high standard of quality and safetyMaintain accurate records of work performedWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who:Is reliable, self-motivated and willing to learnEnjoys practical,



hands-on work and working outdoorsHas good communication and customer service skillsHas strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsCan work independently while also being part of a teamIs physically fit and comfortable performing physical tasksHolds a valid driver's licence – manual preferred, or willing to obtainHas a safe driving historyHolds a current Working with Children Check and Police Check, or is willing to obtain themIs based in Bendigo, the Macedon Ranges or surrounding areasExperience in the pool industry is not required.
