Fintran operates in all mainland states of Australia, maintaining a workforce of highly trained professionals, and is internationally certified for Quality, Safety and Environmental managementAbout the RoleThe Asset Recovery Administrator will monitor vessel movements, identify destination ports and liaise with shipping agents, port representatives and other relevant contacts around the world to arrange the collection and return of Fintran's equipment.This is a part-time position working three consecutive hours per day, Monday to Friday, for a total of 15 per weekYour key responsibilities will include:Tracking vessels and confirming their upcoming ports and destinationsIdentifying and contacting the appropriate shipping agents,



port representatives and vessel contactsCoordinating the removal, collection and return of monitoring equipmentRegularly following up on outstanding equipment until it has been successfully recoveredProviding internal updates on equipment that has been located, returned or remains outstandingEscalating any issues that may delay or prevent the recovery of equipmentAbout YouThis role would suit someone who is resourceful, organised and comfortable communicating with people across different countries and time zones.To be successful, you will have:Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailConfidence contacting ports, shipping agents and other external partiesThe ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks through to completionWhat We OfferConsistent part-time hours across Monday to FridayA supportive and skilled team environmentThe opportunity to take ownership of an important operational function
